M0161 4K IMX412 Low-Light Image Sensor Module
Product Description
Built in the USA by ModalAI for VOXL 2, the M0161 is a 4K high-resolution camera module based on the Sony Starvis IMX412 sensor. It records at up to 4056x3040, and supports 4K at 60 fps and 1080p at up to 240 fps. NDAA '20 Section 848 compliant.
The module uses micro-coax for mounting flexibility and requires an adapter to reach VOXL 2 — M0173 or M0155, purchased separately. This camera is part of the Blue UAS Framework list.

A wide 120° option (lens 27629F-16MAS-CM, 2.7 mm, 120.4° x 93.5° x 146° DxHxV) is also documented on the datasheet. The lens is removable and swappable — there may be a small touch of glue holding focus, which can be broken to replace the lens.
Note: without an IR-cut filter, outdoor colors are distorted by ambient IR. Vegetation in particular reflects IR and will not appear green. See the datasheet for sample images.
