ModalAI, Inc. wants everyone to be able to use modalai.com, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. We're working to make our website accessible and to keep it that way as it changes.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with visual, hearing, motor, speech, and cognitive disabilities. We also consider the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, since many of our customers are U.S. government agencies.

What we're doing

  • Testing the site with automated accessibility tools as part of regular maintenance.
  • Reviewing key pages manually with a keyboard and with screen readers, including product pages, search, and the cart.
  • Fixing issues we find, starting with those that stop someone from finding product information or placing an order.
  • Considering accessibility when we add new pages, features, and third-party apps.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet our standard. We're working on these areas:

  • PDF datasheets and drawings. Some older technical documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need a document in another format, contact us and we'll provide it.
  • Technical diagrams and images. Some complex hardware images, pinout diagrams, and schematics may not have complete text descriptions. We can provide the information in text on request.
  • Third-party content. Some features are provided by other companies, including embedded videos, reviews, and payment and checkout services. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind, but we don't control their content.
  • Linked sites. Our technical documentation (docs.modalai.com) and community forum (forum.modalai.com) are separate sites and may differ from this site.

Other ways to get help

If anything on this site is hard to use, we're glad to help directly. Our team can answer product questions, provide documents in another format, and take orders or prepare quotes by email or phone.

Give us feedback

If you run into an accessibility barrier, please tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and any assistive technology you were using, if you can.

We aim to reply within 2 business days and to propose a fix or an alternative within 10 business days.

Accessibility documentation for government buyers

Government and institutional customers who need accessibility conformance information for procurement can request it through the contact details above.
