Return Merchandise Authorization
All of our products are thoroughly tested both functionally and physically prior to shipment. For a copy of your products test records, please email email@example.com with the serial number.
For troubleshooting and software functionality questions, please refer to our forum.
If an issue has occurred and the product is no longer functional follow the steps below to submit an RMA.
Steps for an RMA
1. Please purchase your diagnostic service for either a PCB (such as VOXL or VOXL Flight) or a drone (such as M500 or Seeker)
2. Then complete the form found at https://modalai.com/rma-form and email to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Then ship your product, clearly labeled with RMA Order Number found in the confirmation email, to:
