All of our products are thoroughly tested both functionally and physically prior to shipment. For a copy of your products test records, please message at contact@modalai.com with the serial number.

If an issue has occurred and the product is no longer functional follow the steps below to submit an RMA.

1. Complete the form found below.

2. If your RMA request looks like it could result in a successful repair, you will receive an invoice via email to pay for the RMA diagnostic fee of $150.

3. If your RMA request is accepted, you will ship your product. Clearly label the package with your RMA Order Number found in the confirmation email, to:

4. The RMA diagnostics may result in an additional fee for repair. A custom invoice will be provided if a repair is needed with the cost of parts and labor.  Please see our Terms and Conditions at https://modalai.com/terms.

5. Once the diagnosis is complete, and optionally the repair, we will ship the product back. The cost of shipping will be included in the invoice for repair.
